On LiveJournal, Dell CSRs find YOU

Who says Dell’s customer service is bad? Apparently, they’re trolling LiveJournal, posting comments offering advice (it’s near the bottom of the page). There used to be a prior comment in there about possible fixes, also from Neil. Wonder where that went? Also, the email address is curious. Either way, there’s a good dig on Paris Hilton in there somewhere.
