REVIEW: Gateway ‘Workstation Notebook’ M685-E

Another link back to a new SMB IT review on the Gateway M685-E. I really like Gateway’s M255-E as a business traveling workhorse. That’s a 15-inch Core 2 Duo jobbie with a great price. The M685-E is a 17-inch number with a great look and loads of hardware muscle, but with a feature set and price tag that aim it at business use, not multimedia duties.
Overall, I like the thing, but it’s got some limits that I’d like to see Gateway clean up in the near future.
